Providers operating in the state of North Carolina are required to access this website each month and calculate Facility Assessments for the previous month of operation.
Monthly assessment payments are due within 15 days of the reporting month. For example, payment for the Assessment month of April, calculated at the current daily rate, will be due by May 15th.

Attention: SNF and ICF-IID Providers
NC Medicaid Upgrades NHA Provider Portal June 3rd, 2024
This new platform will provide improved efficiencies and reporting capabilities to NHA Providers in North Carolina. Access for Providers will continue to require login using existing NCID credentials and will maintain all historical facility contact data, prior assessments and payment status. An email with access instructions has been sent to all Provider representatives.
